Welcome, presenters!

As a way of making things a bit easier, we have created this checklist to ensure that everything gets done properly. You know what we need from you and you can ensure that you have all the bases covered in terms of what you may need to bring or prepare for the conference.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL ASSISTANCE
In order for us to provide you with travel funding assistance, all of the following information is required:

  1. For Canadian and American students: Social Insurance Number/Social Security Number
  2. Date of Birth
  3. Permanant Address
  4. Banking Information*
  5. Documentation supporting travel claim - receipts & expense reports (more on later)

*This avoids the necessity of generating a cheque and makes the process easier and less time-consuming.

REGISTRATION
Registration is mandatory for all presenters. There is a student rate available so please be sure to select this option when completing the registration process.

BIO STATEMENT & PRESENTATION ABSTRACT
Each presenter submitted a brief biography statement and an abstract. These will be posted online on the conference website. Please ensure that we have an up-to-date and correct statement and abstract for inclusion. The deadline for submission of corrections is April 30th, 2014.
