Butcher; Eddie Redmond

Edward Joseph (Eddie) Redmond, b. 1892, was the son of Andrew and Kate Redmond of Cardigan. He lived on the Shore Road near Morson’s Creek and had a slaughter house there to provide meat for his meat shop at the north east end of the Cardigan Bridge.
Eddie married Kate Flynn and they raised a family of seven:
Gladys, Mildred, Joseph, John, Inez, Bernard, Reta
